By using vaidy.health or subscribing to a Vaidy plan, you agree to these terms. Vaidy is operated by VAIDY HEALTH, a proprietorship based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Our service

Vaidy offers general wellness guidance, AI-assisted tools and, on selected plans, tele-consultation with a registered medical doctor.

Not emergency or replacement care

Vaidy content and AI guidance are for general wellness information only. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for in-person medical care. In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Doctor consultations are subject to the doctor's professional judgement and applicable Indian telemedicine rules.

Accounts and subscriptions

You must be 18 or older to subscribe. Plans renew as described at purchase until cancelled. You can cancel any time by emailing hello@vaidy.health; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner. Prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices with prior notice for future billing periods.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, keep your login private, and do not misuse the service or share paid content publicly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vaidy is not liable for outcomes arising from your use of general wellness guidance. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
