VAIDY HEALTH ("Vaidy", "we") is a proprietorship based in Agra, India. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use vaidy.health.

What we collect

Your name and email address when you join our list; payment confirmation details from our payment partner when you subscribe (we do not store card or UPI details); health-related information you choose to share with us or our doctor; and basic usage data through Google Analytics.

How we use it

To send you our welcome and update emails, deliver the services you sign up for, enable doctor consultations, improve the site, and meet legal requirements.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run Vaidy, such as email delivery (Brevo), analytics (Google), payments (Razorpay) and hosting (Netlify), and with our Medical Advisor for consultations you request. We do not sell your data.

Health information

Health details you share are treated as sensitive. They are used only to provide the service you asked for and are not used for advertising.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@vaidy.health. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, and keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
