Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@vaidy.health. Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have not used doctor consultation minutes. After that, payments for a period already started are non-refundable, except where we fail to deliver the service or the law requires otherwise.

Consultation minutes

Consultation minutes already used are not refundable. Unused minutes do not carry over unless stated in your plan.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
